On these engines there are 2 gear belts, – a drive of a cam-shaft and the roller of a vibrogasitel.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove drive belts, unscrew bolts and remove pulleys of the pump of system of cooling and the crankshaft.
3. Remove both forward covers and laying.
4. Establish the piston of the 1st cylinder in VMT of a step of compression. From this point rotation of the crankshaft is not allowed.
5. Designate on a gear belt the rotation direction, weaken a natyazhitel, displace to the block of cylinders, tighten bolts and remove a belt.
6. Remove cam-shaft and crankshaft asterisks.
7. Remove a cap in the left part of the block of cylinders and having inserted a screw-driver in diameter of 8 mm and length not less than 60 mm, fix the left roller of a vibrogasitel.
8. Unscrew a bolt and remove an asterisk of the oil pump.
9. Release a bolt of the right roller of a vibrogasitel and remove a natyazhitel of a vibrogasitel of Century.
10. Remove a belt B of the roller of a vibrogasitel.
11. Check a belt condition, at detection of any defects replace.
12. Check a condition of asterisks and a natyazhitel. At ovality of teeths replace an asterisk. Natyazhitel replace at detection of leakage of greasing from under a roller epiploon.
13. It is forbidden to wash out a roller and asterisks in solvent.

Installation

Correct installation of the plug of the right roller

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish on the crankshaft an asterisk of the roller of a vibrogasitel.
2. Establish on the right roller (if acted in film) the plug, an asterisk and tighten a bolt by hand (1 – a label on an asterisk; 2–a label on the case; 3–dredging on an asterisk).
3. Combine labels and dress a roller belt so that on the party in which the natyazhitel rests, there was a weak point (1 – a natyazhitel; 2–tension party; 3–belt B; 4–bolt; 5–axis of symmetry of a roller of a natyazhitel)
4. Establish a natyazhitel In on an illustration.
5. Having lifted a roller, pull a belt and tighten a bolt with the moment of 18 N of m.
6. Tighten a bolt of an asterisk of the roller with the moment of 35 N of m.
7. Check a tension of a belt of the roller (a deflection of 5-7 mm). If necessary again adjust.
8. Establish on the crankshaft an asterisk of a belt of a cam-shaft, a washer and tighten a bolt with the moment of 119 N of m.
9. Establish an asterisk on a cam-shaft and tighten a bolt with the moment of 89 N of m.
10. Establish a natyazhitel of a belt, a spring and fix a bolt and a nut, having displaced a natyazhitel to the pump. Dress an asterisk of the oil pump and tighten a nut with the moment of 54 N of m.
11. Check coincidence of labels on all asterisks, if necessary remove a prutok fixing an asterisk of the roller and tighten an asterisk of the oil pump. Insert a prutok into place.

Prevention

If the prutok comes only on 25 mm, turn the oil pump on 1 turn clockwise.


12. Dress a cam-shaft belt on the put arrow. Release a bolt and a nut of a natyazhitel and pull a belt.
13. Check an obleganiye a belt of an asterisk of a cam-shaft, the belt can pass with easing in sector of 7-12 hours. Be convinced that the belt does not touch adjacent details.
14. Tighten at first a bolt in a groove of a natyazhitel, then a nut (otherwise the belt will tear).
15. Check combination of all labels and remove a prutok. Turn the crankshaft on 1 turn.
16. Release a nut and a bolt of a natyazhitel. Tighten a bolt, then a nut with the moment of 49 N of m.
17. Check a belt tension, having compressed and having rejected it fingers, resting against the case. The deviation should be no more than 14 mm (1 – a tension, 2 – a natyazhitel).
18. Further assembly is carried out upside-down. After start-up of the engine hear to noise from a belt. If unusual noise are distributed, stop the engine and check installation and a belt tension.

DIESEL ENGINE

Removal

Adjusting labels of a belt of a diesel engine

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove drive belts, unscrew bolts and remove pulleys of the pump of system of cooling and the crankshaft.
3. Remove the top cover, having paid attention to an arrangement of bolts.
4. Establish the piston of the 1st cylinder in VMT of a step of compression. From this point rotation of the crankshaft is not allowed.
5. Remove a crankshaft pulley.
6. Remove the bottom cover of a belt.
7. Weaken a natyazhitel, displace to the cooling pump, tighten bolts.
8. Remove asterisks of a cam-shaft and the fuel pump, without allowing rotation of shaft of these units.
9. Remove a gear belt.

10. If the belt of a vibrogasitel acts in film, fix rollers, having removed a cap on the right side and having inserted a prutok (a screw-driver in diameter of 8 mm). On the left side uncover and insert a thick prutok (the key extension piece).

11. Designate labels and remove asterisks of rollers.
12. Check a condition of belts, at detection of any defects replace.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish on the crankshaft an asterisk of the roller of a vibrogasitel, dress a pulley tighten a bolt with the moment of 70 N of m.
2. Establish an asterisk of the fuel pump, the plug (a cone inside) and asterisks of rollers. Tighten bolts of asterisks with the moment of 38 N of m (1 – the tension party; 2–cooling pump).
3. Combine labels on asterisks of rollers (1 – labels; 2–tension party; 3–belt B; 4–a natyazhitel In). Check a tension of a belt of the roller in a place And.
4. Dress a belt (In) so that on the party in which the natyazhitel rests, there was a weak point.
5. Check combination of labels, having pressed on a belt a finger. Without weakening a tension, release a bolt and a nut of a natyazhitel. Tighten at first a nut, then a bolt.
6. Check a tension of a belt of the roller (a deflection of 5-7 mm).
7. Check combination of labels of asterisks of a belt of a cam-shaft and the pump and dress a belt, having pulled between its crankshaft and the pump (at installation the assistant holds a pump asterisk).
8. Release bolts of a natyazhitel, and choose a belt weak point. Tighten a bolt in a groove of a natyazhitel, then an axis bolt. Check a belt prileganiye to an asterisk of a cam-shaft (2), the belt can pass with easing in sector at 10 o'clock. Be convinced that the belt does not touch adjacent details (1 – a pump asterisk).
9. Check combination of labels of asterisks, if necessary remove belts and expose asterisks.
10. Turn the crankshaft so that the asterisk of a cam-shaft was displaced on 2 teeth from an adjusting label and return back, having exposed an asterisk in former situation.
11. Check a belt tension (the deflection should be no more than 4-5 mm).
12. Establish covers and other removed details. Tighten a bolt of a pulley of the crankshaft with the moment of 64-73 N of m.
