6. Power supply system

6.1. Introduction


The power supply system turns on the rotational fuel pump of a high pressure (TNVD) which is put in action by a belt of a drive of a camshaft, nozzles, a turbokompressor, the fuel filter with the toplivopodkachivayushchy pump, топливопроводы and starting candles. On cars with engines 4D56 in capacity of 95 h.p. and 4D56Т the vozdukho-air cooler is besides established.

From 1991 modeling years on cars with engines 4D56Т the system of the accelerated prestarting heating is established.

Air filter of the Mitsubishi brand.

The fuel tank is stamped from a steel sheet and established in a back part of the car.

Capacity, l:

  – korotkobazny dvukhdverny car: 60 (till 1991) and 75 (after 1991);
  – dlinnobazny four-door car: 92.

Fuel filter of the Toyota Roki CO-TD brand.

The fuel pump of a high pressure such as the Diesel Kiki brand is supplied with a vserezhimny regulator of number of turns and a hydraulic regulator of an advancing of injection.

Frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine idling, rpm: 700–800.

Initial corner of an advancing of supply of fuel after VMT:

  – engines 4D56, 4D56Т: 70.

On engines Diesel Kiki brand nozzles with the screwing-up case are applied.

Can be applied both standard nozzles, and reduced.

Pressure of the beginning of injection, kgf/cm2: 118–128.

Resistance of starting candles, megohm: 250.

Engines are equipped with a turbokompressor using energy of exhaust gases for pressurization of the engine.

Increasing the weight amount of air arriving in cylinders, the turbokompressor promotes more effective combustion of the increased dose of fuel at the expense of what engine capacity raises at moderate thermal intensity.

On the engine 4D56 in capacity of 95 h.p. and 4D56Т soaked-up air is cooled with a vozdukho-air cooler.

Since May, 1991 the engine 4D56 is completed with a new turbokompressor with higher performance data which, in particular, were provided at the expense of increase in length of the inlet pipeline and change of geometry of a final path.

Pressure of pressurization, kgf/cm2:

  – engine 4D56 in capacity of 95 h.p.: 0,78;
  – engine 4D56Т: 0,82.

Air cooling in the heat exchanger is provided with the electrofan, inclusion and which switching off is carried out by the sensor of turning on of the electrofan of the cooler, established on the cooler case.

Since May, 1991 the useful area of a cooler of the engine 4D56Т is increased by 25 % in comparison with a cooler, established on cars with the engine 4D56 in capacity of 95 h.p.

The sensor of turning on of the electrofan of the heat exchanger works at temperature more than 50 ° Page.
