Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Disconnect latches (or unscrew screws) and uncover the distributor together with wires, take aside.
3. Designate position of the distributor on the block of cylinders.
4. Designate and disconnect a hose from a vacuum regulator.
5. Disconnect from the distributor the socket.
6. Designate situation a begunka concerning the distributor.
7. Unscrew a nut and get the distributor. Pay attention to the provorachivaniye direction a begunka at removal the distributor, designate situation a begunka on the removed distributor.
8. Remove a sealant from a distributor shaft.

Installation

Prevention

The crankshaft at the removed distributor was not turned.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace a sealant. At installation will expose a begunok, in situation designated after distributor removal, carefully enter the distributor into the block of cylinders, slightly turn the roller, having entered drive gear wheels into gearing, and having pressed, put the distributor into place, having combined labels on the block of cylinders and the distributor case.

Prevention

The crankshaft was turned at the removed distributor


2. Expose the piston of the 1st cylinder in VMT of a step of compression. For this purpose turn the crankshaft clockwise before label combination on a pulley or an uspokoitel with inflow on the block of cylinders. Remove a klapanny cover and check springs of valves of the 1st cylinder. If both springs or at least one are compressed, turn the crankshaft on 1 turn. If yokes rock, the piston of the 1st cylinder is in VMT of a step of compression.
3. Turn the distributor roller so that labels on a gear wheel and a distributor shaft (метки:1 – on a gear wheel, 2 – on a distributor shaft) coincided.
4. Enter the distributor into the block of cylinders, slightly turn the roller, having entered drive gear wheels into gearing, and put the distributor into place. If the begunok was not combined with a conclusion for a candle of the 1st cylinder, submit the distributor back. tighten the roller and again put наместо.
5. Combine labels on the block of cylinders and the distributor case, tighten a bolt (nut) and establish all removed details.
