Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect weight. Remove the air filter (on a part of injector engines to disconnect from an inlet collector an air line enough). |
| 2. Disconnect from a cover ventilating hoses. For access to a cover take aside other hoses, needlessly hoses try not to disconnect. |
| 3. Disconnect from candles of a wire and take aside. On dvukhvalny engines be careful, as wires can be damaged easily. |
| 4. If the cover of a head of cylinders is located over a belt cover, unscrew bolts of fastening of a cover of a head of cylinders. |
| 5. If the cover of a head of cylinders is located under a belt cover, uncover a belt, then unscrew bolts of a cover of a head of cylinders. |
| 6. Carefully uncover, to hook a cover it is forbidden. |
| 7. Remove a semicircular cap in a back part of a cover (or heads of cylinders). |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Clear a cover. Remove the hermetic remains from a cap and cover edges. If laying of a cover did not change at repeated removal of a cover, replace it. |
|
2. Before installation grease with hermetic the places specified on illustrations: (1–places of drawing of hermetic, 2 – a cap, 3 – to grease with hermetic of area of a head of cylinders in 10 mm from cap edges).

3. On V6 engines grease with hermetic laying on corners (1 – places of drawing of hermetic).
|
| 4. Further assembly is carried out upside-down. At a tightening of bolts a cover slightly press. Bolts of a cover tighten with the moment of 4,0-5,4 N of m. The engine can be started in 2 hours. If leaks are observed, uncover and define the reason. |

Removal

| 1. Disconnect weight. Disconnect from a cover ventilating hoses. |
| 2. Unscrew 2 bolts and uncover also laying. |
| 3. Clear a cover. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| Installation is carried out upside-down. Laying of a cover can be used, if on it there are no damages, or rubber did not harden. It is forbidden to use hermetic. Tighten bolts with the moment of 4-5 N of m. |
