Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight. Remove the air filter.
2. Disconnect from a collector an exhaust pipe (if necessary lift the car and unscrew bolts from below).
3. Disconnect an air line, a mass wire and a hose. Remove an arm of the valve and a collector cover.
4. Grease nuts of a collector with getting liquid. Turn out the oxygen sensor. Unscrew nuts and remove a collector with the yazychkovy valve and a branch pipe.
5. Clear the demountable planes of a collector and a head of cylinders.
6. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace laying, nuts of a collector and the damaged hairpins, having turned out them by means of 2 zakontrenny nuts. Tighten all connections with the moments specified an illustrations for the engine of 2,6 l.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight. Remove the air filter.
2. Uncover a collector.
3. Lift a front of the car and disconnect from a collector an exhaust pipe.
4. Turn out the sensor of oxygen and disconnect a wire on weight.
5. Unscrew nuts and remove a collector.
6. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace laying. Tighten all connections by the demanded moments.

12-KLAPANNY ENGINE OF 3,0 L

Removal and installation (the left collector)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the battery and a tray.
2. Disconnect from a collector exhaust pipes and fix them a wire.
3. Remove a thermal guard of a collector.
4. Disconnect a retsirkulyatsiya tube with laying from both parties.
5. Remove a rack of an inlet collector with an arm.
6. Unscrew nuts and remove a collector.
7. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace all laying. Tighten all connections by the demanded moments.

Removal and installation (the right collector)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect weight. Remove an air line.
2. Disconnect from a collector exhaust pipes and fix them a wire.
3. Remove from a collector a thermal guard, the right hook and a generator prop.
4. Unscrew nuts and remove a collector.
5. Check the collector plane. A collector with cracks and with the sdeformirovanny plane (a deviation from calibre over 0,3 mm) replace.
6. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace all laying. Tighten all connections by the demanded moments.

24-KLAPANNY ENGINE OF 3,0 L AND ENGINE OF 3,5 L
