Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the battery from weight, remove the air filter (if necessary), merge cooling liquid to level of bottom edge of a branch pipe of a radiator.

2. Disconnect hoses, unscrew bolts and remove the thermostat.

3. If necessary check the thermostat in a vessel with water. The temperature of the beginning of opening should be 88 ° With, and a valve vystupaniye – 8 mm.

4. Installation is carried out upside-down. Clear the thermostat and replace laying, having greased with hermetic. Bolts tighten carefully, alternately turning on and turning. Warm up the engine, check operation of the thermostat.

DIESEL ENGINE

1. From a radiator

The thermostat is mounted in the lower part of the block of cylinders and connected to the bottom hose of a radiator. In the thermostat the valve is provided perepuskny.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the battery from weight, merge cooling liquid to level below the thermostat.

2. Disconnect the bottom hose of a radiator from a thermostat branch pipe, remove a branch pipe and the thermostat.

3. Installation is carried out upside-down. Clear the planes and establish new laying, having greased with hermetic from both parties. Warm up the engine, check operation of the thermostat.
