Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove transmission, designate orientation and remove coupling and a flywheel.
2. Remove a back intensifying plate and the bottom section of a case of coupling.
3. On a diesel engine carefully separate laying from the lower part of the holder of an epiploon. At damage of laying remove the pallet and replace laying.
4. On cars with pallet consolidation by hermetic remove the pallet and remove the hermetic remains.
5. Unscrew bolts and get the holder with an epiploon, remove laying.
6. Remove a maslootrazhatel (on a part of cars) and get an epiploon.
7. Check wear of a condensed neck of the crankshaft. At deep development the crankshaft replace.
8. Installation is carried out upside-down. An epiploon press so that its surface was aflush with the plane of the holder. Replace laying and tighten bolts of the holder with the moment of 11 N of m.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove transmission. Holding the crankshaft or a flywheel, unscrew bolts and remove coupling and a flywheel (or a leading disk of the hydrotransformer).
2. Make an incision and remove an epiploon, having hooked on flat-nose pliers.
3. Check wear of a condensed neck of the crankshaft. At deep development the crankshaft replace.
4. Installation is carried out upside-down. An epiploon press an opravka, having greased working edges.
