ENGINE OF 2,0 L

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight. Merge cooling liquid and disconnect a radiator hose from the thermostat case.
2. Remove the carburetor, having marked all disconnected hoses and wires.
3. Disconnect from a collector all vacuum hoses.
4. Unscrew nuts, having greased them with getting liquid. Displace a collector in easy blows and remove.
5. Clear the demountable planes of a collector and a head of cylinders. Check deformation of the planes, if necessary прошлифуйте the head plane (having removed it) and replace a collector.
6. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace laying. Nuts of a collector tighten with the moment of 22 N of m.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Execute a decompression. For this purpose disconnect the socket in a back part of a fuel tank, start the engine and after its stop switch off ignition.
2. Disconnect the battery from weight. Merge cooling liquid and disconnect a radiator hose from the thermostat case.
3. Designate and disconnect from a collector all hoses and wires. Carefully disconnect and muffle gasoline pipe lines.
4. Disconnect from the ignition distributor a coil wire.
5. Remove the leveling chamber.
6. Remove the fuel distributor with nozzles.
7. Remove the ignition distributor.
8. Unscrew nuts and bolts and remove a collector.
9. Clear the demountable planes of a collector and a head of cylinders.
10. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace laying of a collector and the leveling chamber. Nuts of a collector tighten with the moment of 16 N of m, since a nut in an average part of a collector. Execute necessary adjustments.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight. Remove the air filter.
2. Merge cooling liquid and disconnect a radiator hose from the thermostat case.
3. Remove the carburetor.
4. Remove a final branch pipe, the thermostat and laying.
5. Remove the secondary air filter and a branch pipe.
6. Remove a masloukazatel.
7. Remove the conditioner compressor. Take the unit aside, without disconnecting from the highway, and fix. Remove a compressor arm.
8. Designate and disconnect from a collector and the thermostat all hoses and wires. Carefully disconnect and muffle gasoline pipe lines. Take aside conducting and the hoses disturbing to removal of a collector.
9. Remove the retsirkulyatsiya valve.
10. Unscrew nuts and remove a collector.
11. Clear the demountable planes of a collector and a head of cylinders. Check deformation of the planes, if necessary прошлифуйте the head plane (having removed it) and replace a collector. On a new collector establish all sensors and valves.
12. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace all laying and a sealant. Collector nuts at first tighten by hand, and then with the moment of 22 N of m, since a nut in an average part of a collector. Tighten bolts of an arm of the compressor with the moment of 45 N of m, the compressor – 24 N of m, the thermostat – 12 N of m. Check operation of all sensors and control lamps on the dashboard.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Execute a decompression. For this purpose disconnect the socket in a back part of a fuel tank, start the engine and after its stop switch off ignition.
2. Disconnect the battery from weight. Merge cooling liquid.
3. Disconnect an air line.
4. Unscrew bolts of adjustment of an accelerator.
5. Designate and disconnect from a collector all available hoses and wires.
6. Disconnect from the ignition distributor a coil wire.
7. Remove the coil.
8. Remove a throttle branch pipe and take aside (hoses of system of cooling from a branch pipe not to disconnect). Remember an arrangement of bolts of fastening of a branch pipe. Remove laying.
9. Unscrew the top bolts of racks, bolts of fastening of the leveling chamber and remove the chamber and laying.
10. Remove racks.
11. Disconnect both gasoline pipe lines and vacuum hoses, remove the fuel distributor. Disconnect other hoses to which access (a hose of a radiator, perepuskny a hose and vacuum distributing became possible).
12. Unscrew bolts and remove the collector chamber with laying.
13. Clear the demountable planes of chambers of a collector and a head of cylinders. Check deformation of the planes if the deviation from the plane exceeds 0,3 mm, a collector replace and rearrange on a new collector all sensors and valves.
14. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace all laying (hermetic not to grease) and a sealant. Tighten all connections by the demanded moments.
