Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Uncover heads of cylinders and a cover of a gear belt.
2. Establish the piston of the 1st cylinder in VMT of a step of compression.
3. Pressing rollers and yokes to a head of cylinders, unscrew 5 bolts, remove washers and get rollers with yokes. When dismantling check a condition of all details, sphericity of heads of screws and purity of channels.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation is carried out upside-down. Keep in mind that yokes of inlet and final valves are marked with letters of I and E respectively. Bolts tighten evenly with the moment of 37 N of m. Adjust valves.
