Removal, installation and dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before the beginning of works unblock naves of forward wheels.
2. Remove forward wheels, remove a forward brake, take aside and fix.
3. Remove the mechanism of blocking of a nave, get a lock ring of a semi-axis.
4. Vypressuyte a stripper a finger of steering draft, расшплинтовав and having unscrewed a nut.
5. Vypressuyte a stripper at first bottom, then the top spherical support, remove a nave assembled with a rotary fist and a pin.
6. Carefully get the left semi-axis.
7. Designate the provision of the right external semi-axis and remove it.
8. Remove the right internal semi-axis (using MB990241-01 and MB990211-01 strippers).
9. Remove the case of the right semi-axis. For this purpose remove a spring ring of an internal semi-axis, unscrew a samopodzhimny nut of an arm of the case and remove an arm.
10. At removal of the bearing unbend edges of a dustproof cover.
11. Establish the adaptation for bearing fixing so that the facet And rested against a bearing holder.
12. For a vypressovka of the bearing establish a semi-axis with the adaptation on whetstones and in blows of a hammer beat out a semi-axis.
13. Press from an internal semi-axis a cover, remove from the semi-axis case an epiploon.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Press a new epiploon in the semi-axis case by means of the Mv990955-01 adaptation so that the surface of an epiploon was aflush with a case end face.
2. Opravka of 75х4 mm press on an internal semi-axis a dustproof cover and fill a cover cavity with greasing.
3. Napressuyte on a semi-axis the bearing by means of a press and equipment (МD990560 and Mv998348-01).
4. Dress on a semi-axis new spring rings and insert into a reducer, пристукнув a rubber hammer, establish the case of the right semi-axis.
5. Attach the right semi-axis to internal, having tightened nuts with the moment of 54 N of m.
6. Establish the shock-absorber (if acted in film).
7. Establish a rotary fist with a nave (see fig. subsection 10.2.8).
8. Establish adjusting washers and a lock ring, check axial люфт which should be 0,2–0,5 mm. If necessary adjust люфт selection of washers.
9. Establish a nave cap, tighten bolts with the moment of 10-14 N of m.
10. Establish a forward brake and tighten bolts with the moment of 80-100 N of m.
11. Establish wheels and lower the car.
