Order of removal of the lock of ignition

The timer of illumination of a nest of the lock (In) and a reminding sound signal (And)

The order of removal installation is identical to all cars. On and/m 1992-98 are in addition provided a ring of illumination of a nest of the lock, the timer and a reminding sound signal (are mounted respectively on the lock, right and left intensifying arms of a partition of salon).

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the battery from weight.

2. On and/m 1992-98 remove the bottom facing of the forward panel of salon.

3. Remove both casings of a steering column.

4. Remove a conducting binding, disconnect the socket of the lock of ignition through an opening in a steering column.

5. Unscrew 2 screws of fastening of the switch of a reminder on the left key and remove the ignition lock.

6. Installation is carried out upside-down.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the socket and check a chain between conclusions of the lock of ignition according to the scheme and the table.
2. If contacts do not become isolated according to the table, the lock of ignition replace.
