In the given drawings the drive on the engine without compensatory shaft is presented. In the below-mentioned description the gear belt of a drive of compensatory shaft will be called as a belt "V". At the description starting point is that all details of a drive of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye are removed and should be established.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Put on for the end of a cranked shaft a gear pulley.
2. Put the remote plug. The slanted party should be turned to a compensatory shaft. The wrong installation can become the reason of damage of a gear belt.
3. Put both driving gear wheels on the corresponding shaft and tighten a bolt on one shaft and a nut on other to a shaft the moment of an inhaling of 34-40 N of m. Thus shaft are necessary for holding from a provorachivaniye. For this purpose turn out on the right side a cap and insert a screw-driver, and on the left side unscrew a cover and insert a metal core.
4. Establish a tension roller of a gear belt "V", a spring of the tension device and the remote plug. Impose a washer and manually tighten a nut.
5. Impose a gear belt "V" (see fig. Imposing of the bottom gear belt (belt "V")). Combine labels on a gear pulley of a cranked shaft with labels on both driving gear wheels of compensatory shaft. Impose a gear belt, thus provide a tension of the right part of a belt. At repeated installation of the removed gear belt it should be imposed in former situation.
6. Press a finger a gear belt in a place "And" and once again check coincidence of labels. If labels got off, again remove a belt and turn the corresponding pulley on one tooth to the right or to the left.
7. Weaken a nut of a tension roller of a gear belt on one or two turns that the spring of the tension device of a gear belt allowed to press a tension roller to a gear belt. Press a tension roller in the direction specified by an arrow. After that at first tighten a nut (1), and then a bolt (2).
8. Check a tension of a gear belt, pressing a finger a belt in a place "And" between belt pulleys 1 and 2. The deflection of a belt should make from 4 to 5 mm. If it is required, release a nut and a bolt and again press a tension roller to a gear belt.
9. Establish a gear pulley of a cranked shaft, a driving gear wheel of the fuel pump of a high pressure and a gear pulley of a camshaft. Bolts tighten till the ordered moments of an inhaling. Thus hold shaft from a provorachivaniye.
10. Establish a tension roller of a gear belt. Put a tension roller with a spring and the remote plug and screw a nut. Wring out a tension roller a screw-driver in the arrow direction (see fig. Installation of the tension device of a gear belt) and in this situation tighten a bolt. Tighten manually a bolt.
11. Turn gear pulleys so that labels were established in the provisions specified fig. An exhibition of labels of phases of a gazoraspredeleniye on the diesel engine, also impose a gear belt, without turning thus gear pulleys. Provide a belt tension in the places specified fig. To a tension of a gear belt of a drive of the gas-distributing mechanism, also impose a belt in the following sequence: gear pulley of a cranked shaft, driving gear wheel of the fuel pump of a high pressure, tension roller and gear pulley of a camshaft.
12. When imposing a gear belt on a gear wheel of the fuel pump of a high pressure it should be held, as it can easily be turned. At repeated installation of the removed gear belt it is necessary to establish it in former situation. Check the provision of labels after imposing of a gear belt.
13. Weaken a bolt "1" (see fig. Installation of the tension device of a gear belt) on one-two turn also let's to a tension roller nestle on a gear belt, that is in the arrow direction in drawing. Once again check the provision of labels. Turn a cranked shaft on two teeth of a gear shaft and leave in this situation. Thus turn a cranked shaft in the direction of working rotation of the engine and at all on the contrary. In this situation tighten at first a bolt "2", and then a bolt "1" moment of an inhaling of 22-30 N of m.
14. Again unscrew a cranked shaft in the opposite direction before coincidence of labels and check a tension of a gear belt between a gear pulley of a camshaft and a driving gear wheel of the fuel pump of a high pressure. By pressing a belt a finger the deflection of a belt should make 4–5 mm. If it is required, anew adjust a tension of a gear belt.
15. Put a flange. Keep in mind that openings of a flange and a driving gear wheel are displaced, that is the flange can be established only in one situation. Insert and tighten bolts.
16. Holding a driving gear wheel of the fuel pump of a high pressure, tighten a nut the moment of an inhaling of 80-90 N of m.
17. Other works are carried out in return sequence. Tighten a bolt of a belt pulley of a cranked shaft the moment of 170-190 N of m. Thus hold a cranked shaft from a provorachivaniye. If the engine is established, include transfer. Otherwise block a flywheel wreath.
