3.5.12. Removal of the bottom protective casing of a gear belt

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the top protective casing of a gear belt (four bolts).

2. Weaken maple a belt of a drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering and remove maple a belt.

3. Weaken maple a belt of a drive of the generator and remove maple a belt.

4. After an otvorachivaniye of bolts remove a krylchatka of the fan with the vyazkostny coupling together with a belt pulley.

5. Include transfer, tighten the hand brake and turn on and remove a belt pulley of a cranked shaft.

6. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the bottom protective casing of a gear belt and remove a casing.

7. Installation is made in return sequence. Bolts of fastening of a casing and the coupling of the fan are tightened by the moment of an inhaling of 10-12 N of m. A big bolt of a belt pulley tighten the moment of 170-190 N of m. Establish and pull maple belts of a drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering and the generator.
