The evaporator is closed by a casing for which removal it is necessary to wring out latches the tool rested against a soft lining, and to turn on the screws, pulling together both half of a casing.

Replace all sealing rings of unions of a coolant.

CARS OF 1983-91.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Depressurize the coolant highway in car-care center.

2. Disconnect the battery from weight.

3. Turn on the union of tubes on a partition of a motor compartment, unscrew a nut directly over hoses.

4. Remove a box for trifles, suited обдува a windscreen and disconnect the socket.

5. Disconnect transitional section between evaporator and heater casings.

6. Remove a drainage hose.

7. Unscrew bolts and remove the evaporator.

8. Installation is carried out upside-down.

CARS OF 1992-98.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Depressurize the coolant highway in car-care center.

2. Disconnect the battery from weight.

3. Turn on the union of tubes on a partition of a motor compartment.

4. Disconnect a drainage hose.

5. Remove a box for trifles and a loudspeaker lattice.

6. Unscrew bolts and remove an intensifying level under the forward panel.

7. Remove the right air line for heating of feet and disconnect the socket from the control panel the conditioner.

8. Unscrew bolts and remove the evaporator.

9. If necessary remove from the evaporator a casing, the control unit, the air temperature sensor, the broad valve and tubes.

Prevention

Before installation of the new evaporator fill it with special oil in car-care center. If R12 coolant is used, filled in 60 cubic see Nippondenso Oil 6 oils if R134А coolant is used, 40 cubic cm of Nippondenso Oil 8 are filled in.

10. Installation is carried out upside-down.
