11.18. Overload sensor

GENERAL INFORMATION

The overload sensor till 1993 (at the top of) and since 1994.

The sensor is mounted near the lever of the hand brake.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove the back floor panel.
3. Disconnect from the sensor the socket, unscrew 2 bolts and remove the sensor.
4. After installation of the sensor check system work in car-care center.

CONTROL UNIT

The control unit is mounted on a mudguard, is under the back right panel.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove the third seat (if it is provided).
3. Remove the right panel in the lower part of a back compartment (see subsection 12.26).
4. Unscrew 4 screws and remove a big arm.
5. Unscrew 2 screws, disconnect the socket and remove the control unit with a small arm.
6. Installation is carried out upside-down.
