Removal and installation

CARS OF 1983-91.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and remove back wheels.
2. Merge oil from a reducer of the back bridge.
3. Remove drums, disconnect a cable of the hand brake and a hydraulic actuator tube.
4. Unscrew nuts and put forward semi-axes from differential approximately on 76 mm.
5. Put oriyentatsionny labels and disconnect the back driveshaft.
6. Unscrew nuts and remove a reducer, having substituted the cart with a jack.
7. If necessary fix a reducer the top nut and displace from a place in blows through wooden whetstone, having opened consolidation.
8. Installation is carried out upside-down.
9. Grease the demountable planes of a reducer and a bridge beam with hermetic 3M ART N 8661 or N 8663 or equivalent.
10. Tighten nuts and bolts according to the demanded moments.
11. Upon termination of remove air from a hydraulic actuator of brakes.

CARS OF 1992-98.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a disk and a support of a back brake. A support take aside and fix.
2. Disconnect a cable of the hand brake and a hydraulic actuator tube.
3. Unscrew nuts and put forward semi-axes from differential approximately on 76 mm.
4. Put oriyentatsionny labels and disconnect the back driveshaft, if necessary get a shaft from a check point.
5. Disconnect from the back bridge the socket of conducting and a hose (on a part of cars).
6. Unscrew nuts and remove a reducer, having substituted the cart with a jack.
7. If necessary fix a reducer the top nut and displace from a place in blows through wooden whetstone, having opened consolidation.
8. Installation is carried out upside-down.
9. Grease the demountable planes of a reducer and a bridge beam with hermetic 3M ART N 8661 or N 8663 or equivalent.
10. Tighten nuts and bolts according to the demanded moments.
11. Upon termination of remove air from a hydraulic actuator of brakes.
