PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. On the left semi-axis lay a washer in thickness of 1 mm between the case of the bearing and an end face of a beam of the bridge.

2. Establish the right semi-axis without an adjusting washer and and rings, tighten 4 nuts with the moment of 5,6 N of m.

3. Check a gap between the case of the bearing and an end face of a beam of the bridge.

4. Remove a semi-axis and establish the washers which thickness is equal to the measured gap plus 0,05–0,20 mm.

5. Establish a ring, having greased with hermetic.

6. Establish a semi-axis and tighten nuts with the moment of 54 N of m.

7. Believe axial люфт and continue assembly.
