CARS OF 1983-90. (WITH CARBURETTOR ENGINES)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Lift a back part of the car. remove wheels. Unscrew a tank mouth, a drain stopper and merge gasoline.
3. Remove a mouth guard.
4. Accurately designate and disconnect from a tank all hoses.
5. Disconnect the fuel level sensor socket.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish under a tank the cart with a jack, unscrew nuts of fastening and lower a tank.
2. Establish a tank upside-down. Tighten fastening nuts with the moment of 27 N of m, a drain stopper with the moment of 16 N of m.
3. Attach hoses on the put labels.
4. After assembly be convinced of lack of leaks.

CARS OF 1989-90. (WITH INJECTOR ENGINES)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Execute a decompression of fuel system (see subsection 8.2.1).
2. Disconnect the battery from weight. Lift a back part of the car. remove wheels. Unscrew a tank mouth, a drain stopper and merge gasoline.
3. Remove a mouth guard.
4. Accurately designate and disconnect from a tank all hoses and valves. Unscrew screws and remove a pipe of a mouth of a tank. Disconnect wires from the fuel pump and the sensor.
5. Disconnect from the fuel pump hoses. Remove pillows in the top part of a tank.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish under a tank the cart with a jack, unscrew nuts of fastening and lower a tank.
2. Establish a tank upside-down.
3. Tighten fastening nuts with the moment of 27 N of m, a drain stopper with the moment of 18 N of m.
4. Attach hoses to a tank and the pump on the put labels. After assembly be convinced of lack of leaks.

CARS OF 1991-98.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight. Disconnect from a wire tank.
2. Lift a back part of the car. remove wheels. Unscrew a tank mouth, a drain stopper and merge gasoline.
3. Remove an arm of a lateral guard.
4. Accurately designate and disconnect from a tank all hoses.
5. Establish under a tank the cart with a jack, unscrew nuts of fastening and lower a tank.
6. Remove the fuel pump, the reduktsionny valve, the fuel level sensor.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a tank upside-down.
2. Tighten fastening nuts with the moment of 25-30 N of m,
3. Dress hoses so that they came on tubes on 25–30 mm.
4. A hose of the trunk main at first screw by hand, and then tighten with the moment of 30-40 N of m, without allowing a perekruchivaniye.
5. Fill in in a tank of 1 l of gasoline and connect the battery to weight.
6. Start the engine and be convinced of lack of leaks.
