Prevention
For performance of procedure the indicator with the price of division of 0,001 mm with the special MD998384 extension piece is required.
Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Expose the piston of the 1st cylinder in VMT of a step of compression. |
| 2. Release on the pump of the union of tubes of injection. |
| 3. Release bolts and nuts of fastening of the pump to the engine. |
| 4. Check a vystupaniye of a rod of the extension piece of the indicator which 10 mm should be, if necessary adjust, rotating a nut. |
| 5. Turn out a cap from a head of the pump and screw the MD998384 adaptation. |
| 6. Carefully turn the crankshaft counter-clockwise, on 30 ° to VMT. The label (dredging) should be turned approximately at 11 o'clock. |
| 7. Establish an indicator scale on 0 and slightly turn the crankshaft in both directions, – thus the arrow of the indicator should be motionless. Otherwise repeat crankshaft installation on 30 ° to VMT, having achieved an arrow immovability. |
| 8. Turn the crankshaft clockwise, having combined a label with division 5 ° after VMT, – in this position of the crankshaft the indication of the indicator should be 0,997–1,003 mm. |
| 9. If the indication of the indicator differs from specified, moving the pump case, establish the necessary indications of the indicator then tighten nuts and bolts of fastening of the pump. |
| 10. Repeat procedure of installation and check the injection moment several times, - at each exposure of the crankshaft in 30 ° to VMT and 5 ° after VMT the indication of the indicator should be 0,997–1,003 mm. |
| 11. Replace copper laying and tighten a cap with the moment of 8 N of m. |
| 12. Tighten bolts and remove air. |
