Removal and installation

CARS OF 1983-91.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Unscrew screws and remove an overlay of the handle of a back door.
3. Remove an overlay of a door of a back compartment (see subsection 12.25).
4. Remove a cap and unscrew a nut of the lever of a brush.
5. Remove the lever.
6. Unscrew a nut and remove from an engine shaft a washer and a sealant.
7. Disconnect wires, unscrew bolts and get the electric motor from a door.
8. Remove the back facing panel боковины.
9. Disconnect wires, unscrew bolts, and remove a tank with the pump of a washer of back glass and the electric motor.
10. Installation is carried out upside-down.
11. Tighten bolts of the electric motor of a cleaner with the moment of 10 N of m, a drive nut – with the moment of 8-12 N of m, a nut of a shaft of the electric motor – 7–10 N of m.
12. A brush establish so that it it was parallel to the bottom edge of a window.
	13. At installation of brushes it is necessary to sustain the next sizes (the sizes out of brackets – in mm).

CARS OF 1992-98.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove a cap, unscrew a nut of the lever of a brush and remove the lever.
3. Remove an overlay of a door of a back compartment (see subsection 12.25).
4. Disconnect wires, unscrew bolts and get the electric motor from a door.
5. Disconnect wires, unscrew bolts, and remove a tank with the pump of a washer of back glass and the electric motor.
6. Installation is carried out upside-down.
7. Tighten bolts of the electric motor of a cleaner tighten with the moment of 25 N of m, a lever nut – with the moment of 8-12 N of m, a nut of a shaft of the electric motor – 8 N of m.
	8. At installation of brushes it is necessary to sustain the next sizes: And – 25–35 mm, In – 35–45 mm (R and L – labels of the left and right brushes).
	9. At brush installation the size A should be 65–75 mm.
