Removal and installation

CARS OF 1983-91.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a box for trifles.

2. Disconnect a cable of a zaslonka of a distributive box, having unbent a spring bracket.

3. Remove from the handle control panel.

4. Remove caps, unscrew screws and remove the central section of the forward panel. At removal disconnect the socket from the back party.

5. Remove the bottom covers of air lines on the forward panel.

6. Remove an air line of heating of a windscreen.

7. Disconnect cables of management of a heater.

8. Remove a heater assembled.

9. Disconnect the socket and remove the fan switch.

10. Installation is carried out upside-down.

11. Before accession of cables transfer the corresponding levers a zaslonok and the crane to extreme provisions and fix covers of cables spring brackets.

12. After assembly check completeness and freedom of moving of rychazhok of management.

CARS OF 1992-98.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a box for trifles.
2. Unbend spring brackets and disconnect cables of a zaslonka of a distributive box and a temperature regulator zaslonka.
3. Remove from the handle control panel.
4. Remove lateral caps, unscrew screws and remove the central section of the forward panel. At removal of the panel disconnect the socket from the back party.
5. Remove the bottom cover and air lines of the left lateral nozzle and обдува niches for feet.
6. Disconnect a cable of a delitelny zaslonka.
7. Unscrew bolts and remove managements of a heater.
8. If necessary remove facing, handles and switches.
	9. Remove spring brackets of fastening of covers of cables, having wrung out them in the directions A and B and remove cables (1 – a bracket; 2–cable).
10. Installation is carried out upside-down.
	11. For accession of a cable of a zaslonka of a distributive box press to the full the lever in the direction specified by an arrow.
	12. For accession of a cable of a zaslonka of a temperature regulator press to the full the lever in the direction specified by an arrow.
	13. For accession of a cable of a delitelny zaslonka press to the full the lever in the direction specified by an arrow.
14. Fix covers of cables spring brackets.
15. After assembly check completeness and freedom of moving of rychazhok of management.
