GENERAL INFORMATION

Too frequent use of brakes results in premature wear of brake shoes and deterioration of brake characteristics of the car. At movement on long or abrupt descent use braking by the engine, having switched a transmission to lower transfer (a mechanical transmission) or on the second 2 or the lowered L transfer (an automatic transmission).

Prevention

When driving do not hold a foot on a brake pedal if braking is not required. It can result in premature wear of brake shoes or damage of brakes.
