GENERAL INFORMATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Be convinced that tension in the storage battery is in limits of 11-13 Century.
2. Be convinced that the temperature of cooling liquid is not higher 20 ° than Page.
Prevention

At more high temperature of cooling liquid disconnect a block from the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid.

3. Measure electric resistance between an electrode and the case ("mass") of a starting candle.
4. Resistance should be in limits of 0,05-0,07 Ohm at surrounding temperature 5–35 ° Page.
Prevention

The measured resistance of one starting candle is equivalent to parallel resistance of all four starting candles.

5. Measure resistance between a conclusion of "G" of the relay of switching off of starting candles (1, 2) and an electrode of a starting candle.
6. Resistance should be in limits of 0,14-0,16 Ohm.
Prevention

Before measurement of resistance be convinced that tension of the storage battery is not brought to a conclusion of "G" of the relay.

7. Attach the voltmeter to an electrode of a starting candle and the case of a starting candle and measure tension right after ignition key installation in the situation "ON" (the prestarting heating is included) without starter inclusion.
8. Approximately through 2–4 about tension it should be established within 9–11 Century.
Prevention

Time necessary for a voltage reduction, changes depending on temperature of starting candles and brought tension.

9. Measure tension during start-up of the engine which not less than 4 Century should be.
10. Start the engine and measure tension during warming up of the engine which should be within 5–8 Century.

11. When cooling liquid will get warm to temperature 30 ° With and more or if from the moment of start-up of the engine passed 30 with, tension should decrease till 0 Century.
