6.5. Removal and TNVD installation

GENERAL INFORMATION

Fuel pump of a high pressure

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect wires from plugs of the storage battery.
2. On cars with the vozdukho-air heat exchanger disconnect electric wires from the cooler electrofan, disconnect from a cooler air hoses, unscrew four bolts of fastening of an arch and remove all knot.
3. Disconnect a compensatory hose of a turbo-supercharging.
4. Disconnect from the pump electric wires (see fig. Fuel pump of a high pressure).
5. Disconnect from the pump pipelines of a supply and removal of fuel, a cable of management of supply of fuel and pipelines of a high pressure.
6. Remove the top cover of a drive of the gas-distributing mechanism.
7. Rotating a cranked shaft clockwise a key for a bolt of fastening of a pulley, combine labels on a pulley of a camshaft (1) and a pulley of a drive of TNVD with adjusting pins (2) on the block and weaken a tension of a gear belt.
8. Unscrew a nut of fastening of a gear pulley of a drive of TNVD and remove a pulley (2) by means of a stripper (1). Unscrew two forward bolts of fastening of TNVD.
9. Remove a back arm of fastening of the pump then remove TNVD.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Screw two forward bolts of fastening of the pump and establish into place a back arm of fastening of the pump.
2. Establish a gear pulley of a drive of TNVD, screw and tighten a pulley nut the moment of 8,0-9,0 kgfs/m.
3. Put on a pulley of a drive of TNVD a gear belt, previously having combined adjusting labels.
4. Adjust an initial corner of an advancing of supply of TNVD fuel as it is described below. Tighten bolts of fastening of the pump.
5. Establish the top cover of a drive of the gas-distributing mechanism.
6. Attach to the pump pipelines of a high pressure, a cable of management of supply of fuel, pipelines of a supply and removal of fuel.
7. Attach a hose to the proof-reader of supply of fuel on pressure of pressurization of the pump.
8. Connect to the pump electric wires.
9. Establish into place the vozdukho-air heat exchanger if it is available.
10. Connect wires to plugs of the storage battery.
11. Start the engine and check its work idling.

Adjustment of an initial corner of an advancing of supply of TNVD fuel


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turning a cranked shaft clockwise a key for a bolt of fastening of a pulley, establish the piston of the 1st cylinder in VMT of the end of a step of compression.
2. Thus the label on a pulley of a cranked shaft should be opposite to TDC ("VMT") label on the bottom cover of a drive of the gas-distributing mechanism.
3. Turn out a carving stopper which is in a back part of the pump between unions of pipelines of a high pressure.
4. In an opening under a stopper screw a rack of MD 998384, previously having convinced that its mobile probe acts on 10 mm (1 – the indicator, 2 – TNVD).
5. Fix the indicator on the rack end.
6. Turn a cranked shaft counter-clockwise so that the piston of the 1st cylinder was established approximately in 30 ° to VMT.
7. In this situation establish an arrow of the indicator on zero. Slightly turning a cranked shaft in that and other party, be convinced that the arrow of the indicator does not respond.
8. Otherwise repeat the previous operation.
9. Turning a cranked shaft clockwise, combine a label corresponding to a corner of an advancing of injection of fuel on 2 °, 5 ° and 7 ° after VMT (depending on engine model), on a pulley of a cranked shaft with an adjusting label on the bottom cover of a drive of the gas-distributing mechanism.
10. In this situation the indicator should show 1±0,03 mm.
11. If the indicator shows other size, weaken two forward bolts of fastening of the pump and bolts of fastening of a back arm of the pump.
12. Release the union of pipelines of a high pressure.
13. If indicator indications less than the demanded size, displace the pump to the engine and on the contrary.
14. Tighten forward bolts of fastening of the pump and bolts of fastening of a back arm of the pump.
15. Tighten the union of pipelines of a high pressure.
16. Remove the indicator and turn out from the pump an indicator rack.
17. Screw in a pump opening a carving stopper, previously having replaced laying.
