Removal and installation

CARS WITH THE HUMMOCK DRIVE OF COUPLING

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Release a nut of a cover of a cable that the weak point was formed.
2. Disconnect a cable from a pedal.
3. Unscrew a nut and remove the pedal lever, having designated its situation.
4. Remove a pedal with an axis, having tracked safety of the plug of an axis.
5. Installation is carried out upside-down.
6. Grease necessary points.

CARS WITH THE COUPLING HYDRAULIC ACTUATOR

Cars of 1989-90, engine of 2,6 l

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. A removal order (according to numbering of positions) coupling pedals on cars of 1989-90 with the engine of 2,6 l look at fig. A pedal couplings (hydraulic actuator), for and/m 1989-90 with the engine of 2,6 l.
2. At installation tighten all connections according to the demanded moments.
3. Adjust a pedal (see subsection 9.1.2).

Cars of 1990-91, engine of 3,0 l

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. A removal order (according to numbering of positions) coupling pedals on cars of 1990-91 with the engine of 3,0 l look at fig. A coupling pedal on and/m 1990-91, the engine of 3,0 l.
2. At installation tighten all connections according to the demanded moments.
3. Adjust a pedal (see subsection 9.1.2).

Cars of 1992-98.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. A removal order (according to numbering of positions) coupling pedals on cars of 1992-98 look at fig. A coupling pedal on and/m 1992-95.
2. At installation grease the specified places and tighten all connections according to the demanded moments.
3. Adjust a pedal (see subsection 9.1.2).
