Carburetor dismantling
Removal of conclusions of the socket from the case
|
1, 6. FBSV valve conclusions
2. Socket
3. Limiter
4. Screw-driver
5. Conclusions |
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove the carburetor. |
2. Remove butterfly valve springs. |
3. Remove a hose of cooling liquid and a butterfly valve spring. |
|
4. Remove the pneumoshock-absorber – drawing at the left (on and/m from a manual transmission) or the electropneumovalve (on and/m from an automatic transmission), having unhooked a rod. |
5. On and/m from an automatic transmission unscrew screws, remove a drive of the proof-reader of idling and take aside (the proof-reader tension from the battery is forbidden to check). |
6. Remove a socket arm.
|
7. Disconnect a vacuum hose of an air zaslonka. |
8. Unscrew 5 screws and uncover the poplavkovy chamber, slightly it having hooked. |
|
9. Remove a float, get the needle valve and turn out a saddle. |
10. A tiny screw-driver disconnect conclusions of the electromagnetic feedback-valve (FBSV valve). |
|
11. Remove a cover, unscrew the screw (1) and remove the FBSV valve (2 – conclusions). |
12. Remove the holder and get the electromagnetic gate-type valve (SCSV valve), without disconnecting wires. |
|
13. A tiny screw-driver disconnect plugs of wires from the SCSV valve and remove it. |
|
14. Remove heads of rivets and uncover a breaker of an air zaslonka. Unscrew the small screw in the lower part of a cover. |
15. Remove laying, a bimetallic element and a plate. |
16. Carefully remove the remains of rivets. |
17. Disconnect from the socket a conclusion of a bimetallic element. |
|
18. Remove the ventilating valve, having paid attention to an arrangement of small springs of the valve. |
|
19. Uncover a drive of an air zaslonka (shooters specified screws of fastening of an air zaslonka). |
20. Get a counterbalance and the ball valve of the locking valve. |
|
21. Disconnect draft of the accelerating pump from the butterfly valve lever. |
|
22. Carefully turn out the screw from the butterfly valve case. Turn out the main jet. |
23. Unscrew screws and get details of the accelerating pump from the case. |
24. Unscrew 3 screws on a cover of an ekonomayzer and uncover, a spring and a diaphragm. |
|
25. Disconnect a vacuum hose of the chamber of depression, disconnect a rod, unscrew bolts and remove the chamber. |
|
26. Remove the sensor of turn of a butterfly valve (it is specified by an arrow). |
27. Wash out carburetor channels solvent and blow the compressed air. |
28. Check a condition of diaphragms, a float and the needle valve, freedom of moving of rods, drafts and levers. Check operation of solenoidal valves and resistance of their windings (the FBSV valve – 48–60 Ohm, the SCSV valve – 54–66 Ohm, a bimetallic element – 6 Ohm at 20 ° C). |
29. Check the pneumoshock-absorber, having pulled for a rod, – resistance thus should be felt, at an otpuskaniye the rod quickly comes back back. |
30. Press a rod of the chamber of depression and release, having closed a finger an opening for an air suction, – the rod should remain motionless. |
|
Assembly
Check of opening of an air zaslonka at completely open butterfly valve
|
1. Air zaslonka
2. Gap
3. The lever for adjustment |
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Establish the sensor of turn of a zaslonka, the depression chamber, collect and establish an ekonomayzer, the accelerating pump. Establish the locking valve, a cover of a breaker of a drive of an air zaslonka, the ventilating valve. Wrap the main jets. |
2. Collect the socket of a bimetallic element. Establish an element upside-down, having replaced laying and having combined labels. A cover fix rivets, to use screws it is not recommended. |
3. Collect FBSV-sockets and SCSV valves. Establish valves and collect the case of a zaslonka and the diffuzor case, having replaced a sealant and having screwed the screw. |
4. Establish all details on a cover of the poplavkovy chamber. Adjust the provision of a float. |
5. Establish a cover of the poplavkovy chamber, fix 5 screws. Establish a socket arm, the pneumoshock-absorber (or the pneumovalve), all springs, levers and drafts. Check smoothness of moving of drafts. |
6. Check a gap between a butterfly valve and a diffuzor wall, having laid a drill and having transferred an idling cam to extreme top situation. The gap should be 0,63 mm on the engine of 2,0 l (from a manual transmission), 0,71 mm on engines of 2,0 l (from an automatic transmission), 0,71 mm on engines of 2,6 l (from a manual transmission), 0,80 mm on engines of 2,6 l (from an automatic transmission). |
7. Check a gap between an air zaslonka and a chamber wall at completely open butterfly valve. For this purpose a finger close an air zaslonka and the lever open a butterfly valve. The gap should be 2 mm. If necessary adjust a podgibaniye a rychazhka. |
Prevention
This gap after dismantling assembly should not change and as a rule only is checked. The wrong adjustment of a gap very strongly worsens road performance of the car at not heated-up engine.
|
8. Replace laying and establish the carburetor (see subsection 8.1.2.1). |
