3. Check surfaces of cams from both parties. If it is not revealed any visible places of wear, it is necessary to measure height of cams a calliper, and to compare results of measurements to data of the table of adjustments and the sizes. |

| 7. Check degree of wear of basic necks of a camshaft. |
| 8. In the presence of wear of necks it is not required to carry out further works. In this case it is necessary to check also openings under bearings in a head of cylinders which can be also developed. |
| 9. For definition люфтов bearings of a camshaft put on covers of bearings according to their numbering and tighten till the ordered moment. Make measurement of bearings (see fig. Measurement of diameter of openings of bearings of a camshaft) in the And and In directions and in places "1" and "2". Write down results of measurements. | 10. Carefully check both gear belts. Belts with the hardened back party or the cracked surfaces which have been broken off or cracked teeths are subject to replacement.
