Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Uncover heads of cylinders.
2. Release a bolt of an asterisk of a cam-shaft.
3. Establish the piston of the 1st cylinder in VMT, having turned the crankshaft before label combination on a crankshaft pulley with risky on a head of cylinders. Further rotation of the crankshaft is not allowed.
4. Unscrew a bolt of an asterisk and get a small gear wheel of the distributor of ignition.
5. Remove an asterisk with a chain and dress on the holder.
6. Dress on hydropushers special brackets of MD998448.
7. Gradually release bolts of covers of necks of a cam-shaft, having begun with the central bolt and being displaced on the periphery.
8. Turn out bolts and get rollers with yokes.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew bolts of fastening of rollers on covers of basic necks and get covers, yokes, springs and washers. Store all removed details as their installation.
2. Check a condition of persistent surfaces of yokes, both gaps in yokes and rollers. Check purity of oil channels. Worn-out details replace. Faulty pushers which do not provide complete closing of the valve, replace. For this purpose clean a bracket (the pusher will drop out) and insert a new pusher, having again fixed a bracket.
3. Collect rollers with covers, having combined labels on rollers and on a forward cover. Grease and establish all removed details in a former order.
4. Further assembly is carried out upside-down. Tighten bolts of fastening of rollers with the moment of 20 N of m. A bolt of an asterisk tighten with the moment of 54 N of m. Adjust the jet valve.
