 Removal and installation

CARS OF 1983-86.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove brushes, unscrew a nut and push the roller of a drive of the lever under the body panel.
2. Get a hatch cover in the right part of a forward partition.
3. Unscrew bolts and get the electric motor, designate position of draft and disconnect draft, having arranged draft and the engine at right angle.
4. If necessary get draft via the hatch.
5. Installation is carried out upside-down.

CARS OF 1987-91.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove brushes, unscrew a nut and push the roller of a drive of the lever under the body panel.
2. Carefully hook latches and remove ventilating panels (or one panel).
3. Unscrew bolts and get the electric motor, disconnect draft.
4. Disconnect wires and remove the electric motor.
5. If necessary unscrew bolts (nuts) of fastening of a plate of the roller and get draft assembled with the roller via the hatch.
Prevention

Position of draft of a drive and the electric motor of a cleaner is in advance adjusted, therefore remove all drive only as a last resort, having marked a relative positioning of draft on the engine.

6. Installation is carried out upside-down.
7. Tighten nuts with the moment of 5 N of m.
