PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge liquid from cooling system, having moved a rychazhok of the crane of an otpitel to completely open situation.
2. Disconnect from a heater hoses.
3. Disconnect the battery from weight.
4. Remove a wheel, the central section of the forward panel, a guard of devices, carefully disconnect a speedometer and wire cable.
5. Remove a combination of devices.
6. Remove the bottom covers of an air line under the forward panel and a cable arm.
7. Remove the control panel a heater, having designated cables at a detachment from the crane and a zaslonok.
8. Uncover the block of safety locks, unscrew bolts and push the block under the forward panel.
9. Disconnect wires from forward loudspeakers.
10. Remove a cap in the center of the forward panel.
11. Carefully wring out latches and remove nozzles обдува a windscreen.
12. Remove a box for trifles.
13. Disconnect wires from the heater relay.
14. Unscrew nuts and bolts and remove the forward panel.
15. Remove the central air line and an air line обдува a windscreen.
16. Remove an air line of heating of back glass.
17. Unscrew the top and bottom nuts and remove the heater case.
18. Remove a radiator, previously having removed all necessary details (draft, the lever and the gate). A heatinsulating lining leave on a place.
19. Installation is carried out upside-down.
20. Draft of the lever of the central air line fix, having turned the lever clockwise.
21. Attach draft of a delitelny zaslonka, having transferred a zaslonka to the provision of heating of a windscreen and having turned the lever counter-clockwise.
22. Draft of the crane attach at completely covered the crane of a radiator and an airinflow zaslonka.

CARS OF 1987-91.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge liquid from cooling system, having moved a temperature regulator rychazhok to completely open situation.
2. Designate and disconnect from a heater hoses.
3. Disconnect the battery from weight.
4. Remove the bottom covers of air lines under the left and right parts of the forward panel and an arm of a cable of a drive of the lock of a cowl.
5. Remove a box for trifles.
6. Remove lateral ventilating nozzles, having wrung out latches.
7. Hook and remove a back cover of an average combination of devices.
8. Remove a guard of devices, designate and disconnect wires from devices and switches and a speedometer cable.
9. Unscrew lateral screws and uncover combinations of devices.
10. Unscrew 4 screws in the basis and get a framework with devices, having disconnected wires.
Prevention

Uklonomer it is possible to damage in easy blows or at his falling. Do not incline the device so that the arrow left for scale edge.

11. Remove an overlay of the central section or the bottom panel.
12. Designate and disconnect 3 cables of management of a heater.
13. Remove the central framework together with the receiver, disconnecting wires.
14. Remove a wheel.
15. Uncover the block of safety locks and get the block.
16. Unscrew nuts and bolts and remove the forward panel of facing of salon.
17. After removal of the panel access to a heater is provided.
18. Remove brackets of fastening of a heater to air lines.
19. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a heater.
20. Remove a heater.
21. Remove the central air line and an air line of heating of a windscreen.
22. Unscrew cover screws on a radiator.
23. Uncover a radiator.
24. Remove an air line of heating of back glass, unscrew the top and bottom nuts and remove a heater radiator assembled with a casing.
25. Remove the lever and a crane cover.
26. Remove the crane and a branch pipe. For removal of the crane of a heater remove a bracket (1), draft (2), a collar (3), a hose (4) and turn out the screw (5).
27. Disconnect draft and remove the lever of a delitelny zaslonka.
28. Get a radiator. To get a radiator remove draft (1) zaslonka of a distributive box of a stream foot niche / glass. A heatinsulating lining leave on a place.
29. Installation is carried out upside-down.
30. All drafts attach at completely closed zaslonka or the heater crane, the lever of a delitelny zaslonka of a stream of air to a foot niche / on a windscreen should be turned counter-clockwise.

CARS OF 1992-98.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge liquid from cooling system.
2. Disconnect the battery from weight.
3. Remove floor section, having executed the following.
4. Remove the panel with switches and the suspension bracket switch (or a cap).
5. Disconnect the socket from the back party.
6. Remove the lateral panel A.
7. Unscrew 4 screws and remove back section of the floor panel.
8. Turn out handles of check points levers and a transfer case.
9. Disconnect from the floor panel of a wire.
10. Disconnect from the floor panel of a wire.
Prevention

At performance of these works do not touch the block of diagnostics of safety cushions.

11. Remove the forward panel of facing of salon, having executed the following.
12. Remove handles of a drive of the lock of a cowl and a door of a jellied mouth.
13. Unscrew screws and remove the bottom and angular covers.
14. Remove a box for trifles.
15. Unscrew screws and remove the average panel A.
16. Remove a heater.
17. Remove a radio tape recorder.
18. Get a cap of facing of a guard of devices, unscrew screws and remove facing.
19. Unscrew screws and remove a guard of devices.
20. Remove a speedometer cable, having disconnected it at first on a check point, and then having removed an adapter, having submitted a cable on itself, and having removed a clamp.
21. Unscrew 4 screws and remove a casing of a steering column.
22. Remove hours (or a cap).
23. Remove a lateral nozzle, the mirror switch, the loudspeaker, the switch of a cleaner and a washer of back glass and the switch of the door lock.
24. Disconnect a cable of a zaslonka of an air line and conducting.
25. Unscrew screws and remove the forward panel.
26. Disconnect from a heater hoses.
27. Remove the bottom covers of an air line under the forward panel.
28. Uncover the channel A of cold air.
29. On and/m with the conditioner unscrew bolts and a nut of fastening of the evaporator, on and/m without the conditioner remove transitional section of an air line.
30. Get the central air line and two frameworks.
31. Remove a heater, a distributive box for heating of feet.
32. Unscrew bolts and remove a heater radiator.
33. Installation is carried out upside-down. Attach an air inlet cable.
34. At installation of a cable of an air inlet rearrange sector of direct supply of cold air and the lever on a heater in situation "is closed" (1 – it is closed, 2 – it is opened, 3 – the limiter, 4 – from a heater).
