Forward (above) and back doors

Removal and installation

FORWARD DOORS

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove doorway facing.
2. For access to wires remove the facing panel of a forward mudguard.
3. Disconnect all wires conducting to a door, and take aside.
4. Establish under a door a prop and outline contours of loops.
5. Remove overlays of loops, remove a small pin of the limiter of a door.
6. Unscrew bolts of fastening of loops to a door (the assistant should hold thus a door).
7. Together carefully remove a door, without allowing loss of adjusting plates under loops. Remember number and an arrangement of plates on each of loops.
8. Installation is carried out upside-down.
9. Establish a door on the outlined contours, establish plates in a former order.
10. Tighten fastenings according to the demanded moments.
11. Adjust a door (see subsection 12.12).

BACK DOORS

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove an overlay of a powder.
2. Remove an overlay of an average rack.
3. Disconnect all wires, leaders from a rack to a door, and take aside.
4. Establish under a door a prop and outline contours of loops.
5. Remove a small pin of the limiter of a door.
6. Unscrew bolts of fastening of loops to a door (the assistant should hold thus a door), together carefully remove a door.
7. Installation is carried out upside-down.
8. Establish a door on the outlined contours.
9. Tighten fastenings according to the demanded moments.
10. Adjust a door (see subsection 12.12).
