Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove from a tank liquid.
2. Disconnect a wire from the indicator of level of liquid.
3. Disconnect from the cylinder of the union of tubes of a hydraulic actuator of brakes.
4. Unscrew nuts and remove the cylinder.
5. Installation is carried out upside-down.
6. Tighten all connections according to the demanded moments.
7. Remove air from a hydraulic actuator.

Dismantling and assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove liquid from a tank.
2. Disconnect the socket of the sensor of level of liquid.
3. Disconnect a lateral tube of brakes.
4. Disconnect a forward tube of brakes.
5. Unscrew nuts.
6. Remove the cylinder.
7. Clamp the cylinder in a vice for a flange.
8. Unscrew a bolt and remove a tank.
9. Unscrew cap nuts and get laying.
10. Turn out a restrictive bolt of the piston.
11. Remove a lock ring.
12. Get the first piston (the piston not to unbend).
13. Get the second piston.
14. When dismantling pay attention to an order of an arrangement of details.
15. Assembly is carried out upside-down taking into account the following.
16. Check diameter of the cylinder in 6 places in mutually perpendicular directions. If the disorder of measurements exceeds 0,025 mm, the cylinder assembled replace.
17. Check a gap between the piston and the cylinder which should be no more than 0,15 mm, otherwise the cylinder assembled replace.
18. Replace everything a sealant.
19. Tighten all connections on the cylinder according to the demanded moments.
20. Before installation of the cylinder determine a gap And by a formula And = In – With – D.
21. For definition And measure distance In through a plate with precisely measured thickness.
22. Measure Page distance.
23. Then measure distance of D through a plate with precisely measured thickness.
24. Calculate A.Zazor's distance it should be equal 0,1–0,15 mm.
25. If necessary adjust a gap And, rotating a rod of the amplifier of brakes and measuring distance of D.
26. Upon termination of pump over brakes.
